Some people get it for doing nothing.

Others work away quietly, struggling to make everything work, quitting their jobs and losing friends. In the end, for nothing.

It would have been nice, in front of my peers, a little handshake, slice of paper, slow hand clap, pat on the back, a thank you, anything - for the hard work, endless hours, nearly ruined relationships.
